AI Built into your EHR
You ask.
Ensai knows.
NEW Ensai, next-generation AI designed for therapy practices

What is Ensai?
Ensai is the intelligence inside TheraNest and Fusion. It writes your notes, answers your questions, and prepares you for tomorrow’s sessions, on your terms. You don’t learn it. You don’t configure it. You just ask.
It works for you. Never without you. How we built it that way ↓
Available now
One intelligence. Here’s where to find it.
Every Ensai product lives inside the platform. Nothing to install, export, or bolt on.
Hit record. Skip the blank page.
Hit record and be with your client. When the session ends, your draft note starts generating, so all that’s left is to review, edit, and sign.
Includes AI Case Summaries: a structured read on where your client has been, built from signed documentation, before the session starts. Coming to Fusion this fall.
Consent before every recording. Recordings are deleted within 24 hours of a note being finalized.
In your product today as AI Session Assistant. The in-product name updates this fall. Same product, same subscription.
“How do I add a new clinician?”
Free chat support built into your platform. Instant answers about TheraNest or Fusion, drawn only from product documentation and help articles. It does not access client records.
Chat transcripts are deleted after 8 hours. Want to keep one? Download it anytime before then.
Free for every customer, on every plan.
One click, cleaner notes.
Turns the notes you write yourself into cleaner, more complete documentation. For the sessions you document manually, Ensai still helps.
In TheraNest today as Ensai Notes Enhancement. The in-product name updates this fall.
In practice
A day with Ensai
Therapists using Ensai Session Assistant report saving 5 to 10 hours a week on documentation. What do they do with the time? Stay present with the person in front of them. See how:
TheraNest
What if your notes were already done by the time your last client left? Take a look inside a day with Ensai on TheraNest.

Fusion
Watch a day in Fusion where your hands stay on treatment, not a keyboard. See how Ensai keeps documentation moving between clients.
Take it from the therapists.
Therapists using Ensai Session Assistant report saving 5 to 10 hours a week on documentation. What do they do with the time? Stay present with the person in front of them. See how:
“I get all my notes done in about 15 minutes at the end of the day.”
“It keeps me current on my notes instead of letting them stack up for the weekend.”
“The AI is brilliant—it’s transformed our workflow. We can focus on real conversations with parents and patients while it handles the clinical terminology, organizes our notes, and generates clear goals and descriptions.”
Self-reported by clinicians using AI Session Assistant, now Ensai Session Assistant.
Trust
It works for you. Never without you.
Ensai was built for clinical work, where trust is not a feature.
Here is exactly how it behaves, in plain language.
You stay in control
- Every note is a draft until you sign it. You review. You approve. Always in control.
- No session is recorded without consent from both the clinician and the client.
- Ensai never inserts itself into a session. No live prompts, no on-screen coaching, no mid-session recaps. It listens only to document, with consent, and its work appears after the session ends.
- If a client declines recording, you document manually and still use other Ensai features.
- AI-generated content is clearly labeled. You always know what Ensai wrote.
Your data stays yours
- Client data trains nothing. That’s a fixed policy, not a setting you have to remember to flip.
- PHI data is never sold. PHI data is never shared with third parties unless necessary to provide services to you.
- Session recordings are deleted within 24 hours of a note being finalized.
- Built in, not bolted on: your data stays inside your EHR. Nothing exports to a separate AI platform.
Secured like the EHR it lives in
- HIPAA compliant, with data encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Processed under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
- Strict, role-based access controls.
Accountable by design
AI at Ensora is governed by a formal framework under our Compliance and Security Council.

And Ensai Support?
It draws only on product documentation and help articles. It does not access client records. Your conversations are protected by the same security standards as the rest of your Ensora products and, like everything Ensai, they are never used to train AI models. Transcripts are deleted after 8 hours; you can download a copy before then if you want a record.
HIPAA Compliant
Signed BAA
