To start using AI Session Assistant, enable it in TheraNest and complete consent setup.
Here’s what to do:
- Enable AI Session Assistant in your TheraNest account settings.
- Record your own clinician consent in your profile.
- Confirm client consent the first time you record their session. Consent only needs to be given once if you store it in their chart.
- Start your in-person or telehealth session and record it as usual.
After the session ends, AI Session Assistant creates the SOAP summary content automatically. When you create your progress note using a template that includes the AI field, the summary appears in that field for you to review and edit. The system creates the content, but you create the note.
