Dr. Alisa Bahl
Board Director
Dr. Alisa Bahl brings extensive clinical psychology expertise and strategic leadership to her role as a board director. She currently serves as an Independent Board Director for Ensora Health, Pyx Health, and Forge Health, and contributes to the Shatterproof Scientific Advisory Board.
An active advisor to purpose-driven organizations like Bicycle Health, Sidekick Health, and Flowly, Dr. Bahl excels in guiding commercialization, developing mission statements, setting KPIs, and crafting business strategies. She also provides expertise in forging key payer relationships and leads three advisory boards.
Previously, Dr. Bahl served as chief strategy and innovation officer for Magellan Health, overseeing digital transformation and product development. Before that, she spent 30 years with Optum, holding senior leadership roles in both growth and operations.
Dr. Bahl holds a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Miami and is a proud resident of Miami Beach.
