Reflections on 100 days as Ensora Health

By Cory Polonetsky, Vice President, Product Marketing
As I write this post on day 100 since we changed our name to Ensora Health, I’m equally stunned by how quickly the time has gone, and how much we’ve achieved in such a short time. Today I’d like to share this reflection on what we’ve done so far and why it matters, and what’s next for us and the community of therapists we serve.
Bringing harmony into focus
Changing our brand from Therapy Brands to Ensora Health was more than just a new name; it was a chance to make our purpose crystal clear: we help create harmony between therapists, their clients, and the broader healthcare community.
Back in April, we shared that Ensora Health’s goal is to transform therapy care by making daily practice smoother, finances easier, and the clinical experience richer for therapists and their clients. We want to help every therapist practice in harmony, and care for their communities in the way they’ve always wanted.
We know the healthcare system doesn’t make this easy. Therapists today spend up to 40% of their time on administrative tasks. But we will help change that. I’m proud that this is our promise to therapists.

The new name, logo, and colors – that’s the fun stuff, and our team did an amazing job rolling out a brand that reflects our ideals. I especially love our logo, representing the therapist, the client, and the healthcare community working together seamlessly.

Building the platform for whole person care
One of my favorite milestones from these past 100 days has been the announcement of the Ensora Platform. This is more than just software; it’s a complete system for managing a thriving practice, with health records, practice management, billing, RCM services, and more, all in one seamless system.
The Ensora Platform will enable intelligent, whole person care, which is so important today. We know that 70% of individuals managing a mental health condition also have physical health condition, but our healthcare system treats different aspects of health separately, leaving gaps in care and leaving clients searching for answers, hoping to be truly seen. Through our platform, we’ll equip therapists to treat the whole person, connecting mental, physical, and social determinants of health.
Partnerships that reflect our core values
Our goals are big, and we can’t achieve them alone. Healthcare is a team sport, so we’re calling on new teammates to help therapists practice in harmony.
We launched the Ensora Partner Program to connect our community with offerings from other companies we admire. We already have partners offering our community of therapists solutions including client referrals, financial management, and payer enrollment. And in the months ahead we’ll bring on more trusted partners who share our mission.
Clinical experience and expertise to guide our progress
As we continue to innovate on our technology and service offerings for therapists, we make sure to stay close to the clinical community so we can build exactly what they need. To bring in even more clinical expertise, we announced our Clinical Advisory Board, made up of accomplished healthcare leaders. Their guidance helps raise the bar for our team, pushing us to think deeply about what therapists need now and will need in the near future.
The responsible AI revolution
I often tell my team that generative AI is a once-in-a-generation technology. It can take over mundane tasks and free people up for higher-value work, but it can also be misused and lead to errors. That’s why I’m really proud of how carefully and responsibly we’re approaching AI in our solutions.
This year we published our Responsible and Ethical AI Policy. It includes our commitments to data security and client privacy, transparency in the ways we use AI, and most importantly, our persistent focus on keeping therapists in control over what our AI does.
And we just launched our first AI-powered tool to help relieve administrative burden while keeping therapists firmly in control. Our AI Notes Enhancement feature is the only solution that polishes a therapist’s clinical notes, so they can focus session time on their client and not on making perfect notes.
Recognition from those who matter most
I’m happy to share that this progress has been recognized where it counts the most, by the therapists we serve every day. G2 named Ensora Mental Health (formerly TheraNest) a top healthcare software company based on reviews by real users. We were even the top-ranked solution for therapists on their list.
Earning the G2 recognition was a proud moment for all of us, because it reflected the real experiences of therapists who know what it’s like to partner with Ensora Health.
Looking ahead to what’s next
The past 100 days have been transformational, but they’re only the beginning. Our eyes are on the future, and we’re committed to building solutions that go further to help therapists practice in harmony.
Our goal remains clear: to free therapists from the burden of administrative complexity so they can deliver the whole person care they’ve always wanted to give. Whether that’s through intelligent automation, actionable insights, or enhanced community partnerships, the path forward is full of possibilities.
Thank you to my colleagues, partners, and the broader Ensora Health community for the achievements we’ve made in these first 100 days. Thank you to every therapist for the selfless work you do to help people grow and heal. Together, we’re creating a world where all therapists can practice in harmony.
