Q: Why am I receiving this increase now?
A: Previously, Mastercard and Visa delayed merchant fee increases due to the ongoing pandemic. However, beginning in April 2022, Mastercard and Visa will increase their fees for U.S. merchants when consumers use credit cards.
Q: What is changing with my monthly fees?
A: Beginning on Friday, April 1, 2022, Ensora Rehab Therapy Suite (formerly Fusion) customers with a current payment processing rate of 2.85% + $0.30 will move to2.95% + $0.30 per credit card transaction. This change is due to Mastercard and Visa increasing their fees for U.S. merchants when consumers use credit cards. This increase continues to enable your patients to pay for services with ease.
Q: When will the increase take place?
A: Beginning Friday, April 1, 2022.
Q: Who is affected?
A: All Ensora Rehab Therapy Suite (formerly Fusion) customers who accept credit cards for payment and have a current processing rate of 2.85% + $0.30 per credit card transaction. In addition, all U.S. merchants who accept credit cards for payment will receive the increase from Mastercard and Visa.
