You asked, we delivered: Exciting updates to Ensora Mental Health

Your work is vital, especially now. You’re on the front lines, helping people navigate incredibly challenging times. At Ensora Mental Health, our commitment is to support you in that critical work by making your tools simpler, more intuitive, and less of a headache. 

We truly believe that the best way to do that is by listening to you – the people using Ensora Health every day. Your insights, your daily experiences, and your suggestions are what shape our path forward. 

That’s why we’re excited to share some recent updates to Ensora Mental Health — changes that came directly from your suggestions. Our goal is to make your day easier, your practice more efficient, and your experience better. 

Here’s what’s new: 

1. Track external claims submissions 

Not every claim can be submitted electronically, and managing paper claims or external submissions has been a challenge. Historically, you had to manage paper claims, crossovers, school invoicing, and other non-electronic submissions outside of Ensora Mental Health, with separate systems to track external claims and then reconcile them.  

Many of you asked us for a way to keep track of these outside submissions within Ensora Mental Health and we’re happy to say, it’s here. 

External claim submission tracking lets you log and monitor these submissions from  Ensora Mental Health. It gives you a single, clear picture of all your claims – electronic or otherwise – making reconciliation much simpler. You’ll have better organization and a clearer view of your finances without needing to change how you already handle those external submissions.

2. Save progress notes in draft mode   

We understand that between back-to-back sessions, or if an urgent situation pops up, finishing progress notes in one sitting isn’t always possible. This was a common piece of feedback, and we knew we needed to help.  

That’s why we added the option to save notes as drafts, even if you haven’t filled out every field. You can pause and come back later, picking up right where you left off. This way, you won’t lose your work and can keep your documentation complete without feeling rushed. 

3. Coming soon: Edit modifiers directly on invoices

Many of you told us that changing appointment service types during billing was taking up too much time and causing frustration.  

To fix that, we’re adding the ability to edit modifiers right on your invoices. You’ll be able to make quick adjustments with fewer steps and less back-and-forth when you finalize billing. It’s a small change, but it will make your billing process run smoother.
