Seriously if I could give them 10 stars on everything I would. I help operate a small nonprofit with approximately 20+ staff members. Up until we started using Ensora Mental Health (formerly TheraNest) in November we were still using paper notes for documentation. They even offer an annual payment that cuts down on your monthly cost. The customer service is AMAZING. You can chat with their representatives during normal work hours, and they will get back with you quickly. I feel as though they are part of our team, and not like I am talking to someone who isn’t familiar with Ensora Mental Health (formerly TheraNest) or its functionality.
