Xiu Li Dong brings a wealth of investment and financial expertise to her role as a board director at Ensora Health. Currently serving as a senior vice president of PSG in Boston, she has a proven track record of driving successful investments and strategic decision-making.

Previously, Xiu Li was a principal at SFW Capital Partners, where she honed her skills in growth investments. Earlier in her career, she served as an associate at H.I.G. Growth Partners and as an investment banking analyst in the Technology Group at Jefferies, gaining valuable experience in technology-focused financial strategies.

Xiu Li holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business. Her deep industry knowledge and financial acumen are key to supporting Ensora Health’s mission of advancing innovative healthcare solutions.
