Chief Technology Officer

Thuong (T) Van Le joined Ensora Health in March 2024 and is an accomplished engineering leader with over 30 years of extensive experience building engineering teams and developing HIPAA and HITRUST compliant SaaS-based healthcare products.  

Before joining Ensora Health, T served as vice president and principal architect at FinThrive, providing architectural and engineering leadership for cloud-native front-end and back-end revenue cycle healthcare products. Prior to FinThrive, T held various leadership roles at MedAssets and Carestream Health, where he led the development of FDA-regulated medical imaging software and devices for hospitals and clinics. 

T holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Oklahoma State University, and lives with his wife and son in Frisco, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, hiking, and listening to music – especially from his favorite Canadian band, Rush.
