Kristen Aleksa

Chief Customer Officer

Kristen joined Ensora Health in March 2024 as the chief customer officer. She most recently served as the senior vice president of operations at MedeAnalytics, where she was responsible for operational customer success, overall business strategy, and development of professional service offerings to drive quality outcomes, revenue opportunity, repeatability, and scale. Before MedeAnalytics, Kristen was the executive vice president of business operations for NexusTek. Kristen also held numerous roles at Trizetto Corporation (now Cognizant), including vice president of consulting services, and vice president of market operations. 

Kristen holds a BA in economics from the University of Vermont and a Master of Health Science in health policy from Johns Hopkins University. She enjoys yoga, hiking, and watching live music.
