Kimberly Sisnett

Chief People Officer

Kimberly joined Ensora Health in December of 2023 as the chief people officer. She most recently served as the chief people officer of Waystar, developing and driving enterprise strategy focused on talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational performance, and business partnerships. Before Waystar, she served as a change agent and strategic business partner as the senior vice president of people at Vericast (formally Valassis). Prior to Vericast, she held numerous roles including senior vice president of human resources, for NTT, Limited – a global IT services company with over 180,000 employees. 

Kimberly holds a BBA in operations management from Baruch College and an MS in management from University of Maryland Global Campus. She enjoys cooking, golfing, and hiking.
