John Damgaard
Chief Executive Officer
John Damgaard is Chief Executive Officer of Ensora Health where he leads the company in its mission of empowering mental, behavioral, and rehabilitative health therapists to deliver high quality patient care and improve outcomes. Damgaard brings extensive experience as a tech-savvy healthcare software leader with a track record of exceptional value creation.
John serves on the Board of VelocityEHS, an industry-leading enterprise SaaS company whose platform is used by more than 10 million users worldwide, where he previously served as CEO. John also serves on the Boards of SiteImprove and TrueContext. Prior to VelocityEHS, John was CEO of MatrixCare, a Best-in-KLAS SaaS platform in post-acute care, and COO of Mediware (now WellSky). Damgaard has also served as a Senior Advisor to CVC Capital Partners and Waud Capital Partners.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from Bradley University.
