Gary Pederson

SVP, GM of MBH Solutions

As General Manager of Ensora Health’s MBH Solutions, Gary is accountable for the success of the mental and behavioral health SaaS platform.  He has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare technology sector, with a focus on helping organizations grow through innovative go-to-market strategies and client partnerships. Gary has held senior leadership roles at both Fortune 500 and private-equity-backed companies, including Cerner, Ascend Learning, MatrixCare, Complia Health, and most recently MedTech Solutions, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer.

Throughout his career, Gary has been part of several successful company transformations and acquisitions, but he takes the most pride in building strong teams and supporting client success. He holds a BBA in Marketing and IT from the University of Wisconsin. Gary resides with his family in Kansas City, where he enjoys travel, fitness activities, golf and family time.
