Dr. Michael Golinkoff, a seasoned healthcare executive, brings over 30 years of experience in transforming healthcare delivery to his role as an advisory board member at Ensora Health. He has held prominent leadership positions, including president of United Behavioral Health, chief clinical officer of Aetna’s behavioral health unit, and president of AmeriHealth Caritas.
Dr. Golinkoff is renowned for driving innovative care models and leading clinical teams across diverse care settings. Currently, he advises multiple private equity-backed healthcare companies while maintaining an active private practice, licensed in three states.
Holding a Ph.D. in clinical and developmental psychology from the University of Illinois-Chicago and an MBA from the Wharton School, he completed his clinical training at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center.
