He is the founder and president of Bee Mountain LLC and serves as an executive advisor and board director for KKR’s healthcare, technology, financial services, and retail teams.
Doug’s board roles include Ensora Health, 123Dentist, and Clarify Health, where he provides strategic guidance to advance their missions. He was the founding CEO and board member of Zelis, a leading healthcare and financial technology company. Doug has also held executive positions at Cigna, Sears Holdings, and Monster North America, where he led impactful transformations.
With a proven track record of leadership across venture capital, private equity, and public companies, Doug brings invaluable expertise to Ensora Health. He holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College, Hartford, CT.
