Can I add new users, or do I have to call you?
You will have access to the SaaS Portal, where you can manage your users, set password and username length, and monitor usage and availability.

How do users change passwords?
When a password nears expiration, they will receive an email notification. The email includes a link to the self-service password manager where the user can change the password.

Do I have to be a programmer to use the form tool?
The form tool requires no programming experience. You will need to create a table for any new form, and as you use the tool, you may expand the complexity of your forms.
