Fair Usage Policy for Unlimited Functionality

To provide all users with reliable and high-quality service, Ensora Health maintains a Fair Usage Policy as part of our commitment to offering unlimited functionality within reasonable and typical business usage. 

What Does “Unlimited” Mean? 

Your subscription includes generous usage limits designed to cover typical business activity (“Fair Usage Threshold”). However, to ensure the service remains sustainable for everyone, we apply a reasonable usage threshold.   

Why We Have a Fair Usage Threshold 

We implement fair useaage thresholds to ensure all users benefit from high-quality performance, prevent misuse (e.g. mass advertising or spam), and ensure pricing remains affordable for everyone. 

How We Came Up with the Threshold 

The Fair Usage Threshold(s) are based on industry benchmarks and typical user behavior, comfortably covering the vast majority of our customers.  

How the Fair Usage Threshold is Determined

Each customer has the below amounts as part of the subscription services. This Fair Usage Threshold reflects generous, normal business use for the majority of our customers. The threshold covers usage within a calendar month, and increases commiserate with the number of therapist/clinician licenses acquired (i.e. a practice with 3 therapist/clinician licenses would have a monthly Claims Processing threshold of 1500 claims).

What Happens if You Exceed the Threshold? 

You have visibility of your current usage in the Ensora Mental Health platform and are responsible for monitoring your actual usage. You can find your usage metrics by navigating to your subscription portal (Organization > Manage Subscription).

Ensora Health will make reasonable efforts to notify you if your usage exceeds the fair usage threshold. However, it remains your responsibility to monitor your usage and you are responsible for usage amounts over the Fair Usage Threshold. 

If your customer account exceeds the thresholds noted above, Ensora Health reserves the right to invoice you for any amounts over the applicable Fair Usage Threshold based on Ensora Health’s current standard pricing at the time (“Overage Charges”). Overage Charges will appear on your next billing cycle with a detailed breakdown available upon request. 

Ensora Health reserves the right to suspend or restrict functionality without notice if we detect or reasonably suspect (a) fraudulent activity (including misuse or unauthorized access), (b) usage that poses a security risk, disrupts platform infrastructure, or violates intended us of the service, or (c) extreme or abnormal usage patterns inconsistent with normal use.

Updates 

We may update this Fair Usage Policy, including the thresholds contained herein, from time to time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Ensora Mental Health platform constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
