William “Dan” Daniel serves as Chairman of the Board of Ensora Health, bringing exceptional leadership and expertise in the healthcare and industrial sectors. As an Executive Advisor for KKR Private Equity, he collaborates with their healthcare and industrial teams and also chairs the boards of Fortifi Food Processing Solutions and Circor Industries.

Dan’s distinguished career includes serving as executive vice president at Danaher Corporation, where he oversaw its healthcare and industrial businesses and drove cultural transformation through the Danaher Business System. He also held leadership roles at Arvin Industries (now ArvinMeritor).

With a B.A. from DePauw University and an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia, Dan is deeply committed to innovation and education. A dedicated trustee of DePauw University, he supports initiatives that advance both industries and communities. His strategic vision propels Ensora Health toward achieving its mission.
