Lainey Posthumus brings over a decade of expertise in behavioral health, clinical integrity, and operational efficiency to her role as an advisory board member at Ensora Health. As the director of project management and process improvement at Ensora Health and a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA), she has a unique ability to bridge clinical principles with corporate strategy.

Lainey’s career began in early intervention, working with children and families in diverse care settings, and she became board-certified in 2017. Previously serving as a regional clinical integrity officer, she mastered ensuring top-tier care delivery, a skill she now applies in the SaaS healthcare space.

Passionate about improving processes and outcomes, Lainey combines her clinical and managerial expertise to support Ensora Health’s mission of advancing innovative healthcare solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her young family.
