Why are you changing your name from Therapy Brands to Ensora Health?
Therapy Brands was created by bringing together some of the leading software companies in the mental health, behavioral health, and rehabilitative therapy space. The goal was to combine these companies, assemble all the knowledge and experience from employees and customers, and then build a new platform based on the best practices for both clinical and financial operations. We’ve made significant progress toward delivering this platform, and we feel now is the right time to change our name to reflect this progress. Learn more in our latest blog.
Will the website change?
Yes, we now have a new single corporate website, www.ensorahealth.com. All of our previous product websites now redirect to our new site.
Have the products also changed?
When you login on April 7, 2025, the products will still look the same. However, over the following weeks, our products will be updated to include our new logo and product names. You may also notice some slight cosmetic changes to reflect our new color scheme. There are no changes to the product functionality at this time.
How will I log-in to my product?
The URLs for our product apps are not changing at this time. You can log onto your products from your existing bookmarks or from the homepage of our new website, www.ensorahealth.com.
What will happen to the product names and brand logos?
All of our products are moving to a descriptive naming structure under the Ensora Health brand.
What are the new support email addresses?
All of our support emails will use our new domain, @ensorahealth.com. Please refer to our contact support page for your product-specific email address and start using it immediately.
How do I reach the support team if I prefer to call?
We continue to have one phone number that supports all our products, 1-877-288-5583. You can speak with a customer support team member between 8am – 6pm EDT, Monday through Friday. Additionally, we have on-call representatives available 24/7 for emergencies and urgent issues.
Are all the Therapy Brands social platforms be changing?
Yes! As of April 7, all our social media channels switched to Ensora Health. If you already follow us at Therapy Brands, then you will automatically be moved to follow Ensora Health.
Will pricing change as a result of this rebranding?
While our pricing is always subject to change, there are no pricing changes directly connected to our new name.
Will my invoices and name on my credit card billing change?
In the short term, you will continue to see your usual product names on invoices and credit card statements. Over the next few months, we’ll update our payment systems with the new company name and product names.
Is my contract still valid?
Your contract remains valid and legally binding to the terms and conditions of your original commitment. The legal names of our entities are not changing at this time. We will instead be operating with a “doing business as” (aka “dba”) for some of our entities.
Are my payment terms changing?
Payment terms are not changing. You should continue to remit payment using your current payment methods.
