Three plans designed to fit your clinic 

Our pricing now comes in three distinct plans, each built to offer varying levels of support and functionality. 

The Essentials plan – Get started with the basics 

The Essentials plan is perfect for smaller practices or those just getting started. Focused on foundational operations, it provides the core tools you need to run your practice smoothly. 

Here’s what’s included: 

• Scheduling for streamlined appointment management 

• Individual and group therapy notes to simplify documentation 

• Payment processing to make patient transactions smoother 

• Email reminders to reduce no-shows 

• A base patient portal for secure and convenient patient access 

• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security 

For clinics looking to add more as they grow, telehealth is available as an add-on – providing additional functionality if you need it, and cost savings if you don’t.

The Advanced plan – Elevate efficiency 

If your clinic is growing or ready to enhance its efficiency, the Advanced plan offers tools that help you do more while lightening the administrative load. This plan includes everything in Essentials, along with additional features to save time and improve patient care. 

Additional features include: 

• Custom intake forms, giving you flexibility to gather the information you need 

• Secure patient messaging  for faster and more effective communication 

• Configurable goal tracking, allowing you to define criteria so goals are automatically marked as mastered once conditions are met 

• Patient-initiated appointment requests through the portal, based on therapist availability, complete with clinic approval to finalize scheduling 

• Support for eligibility requests, text reminders, and electronic faxing, with 30 free units of each per practice, per month 

• Electronic claims submission, which includes the ability to send claims, receive status updates throughout processing, and access ERAs (electronic remittance advice) from payors 

You can also add premium features like a home exercise program (HEP), telehealth, or Ensora RCM, providing even greater flexibility as your clinic expands.
