We’ve listened, and today, we’re rolling out a simpler, more flexible pricing model for Ensora Mental Health using a “per-therapist” model.   

Why the change? 

A single pricing structure can’t suit everyone. Solo practices don’t want to pay for features they don’t need. Larger practices want cash flow and cost predictability.  

With our new per-therapist pricing, you only pay for what you need. You choose the features that you want. It’s transparent. It’s scalable. And it grows with you. 

We’ve created three new subscription plans to match where you are in your practice journey. Our Essentials plan is designed for therapists in solo and small practices. The Advanced plan is designed for practices that bill insurance. The Premier plan has everything that you could want to reduce the administrative complexity that comes with running a medium or large practice. 

Already an Ensora Mental Health customer? 

Don’t worry – your current pricing remains unchanged.  But if you want to switch to a new per-therapist plan, you can move in August.

• Group practice reports

Premier ($89 per therapist/month) 

Ideal for established practices that want to automate admin work, maximize reimbursement, and have predictable costs so you can stay fully focused on client care.   

• Everything in Advanced, plus:  

• Unlimited claims processing, eligibility checks, phone, and SMS reminders*  

• Integrated insurance billing automation 

• Wiley Practice Planners included 

• Telehealth included (individual and group)

While we’re excited to launch these new pricing plans, we’re just getting warmed up.  Starting today, all new free trials include access to our new AI text enrichment tool – designed to help you write polished, professional notes with less effort, all while keeping your voice front and center. And don’t worry, you’re always in full control. The AI is there to assist, not replace – so you have the final say. 

We’re also working on another exciting artificial intelligence feature that can take the transcript from your telehealth sessions and automatically turn it into a progress note that you can edit and approve. It’s designed to save you time and reduce the burden of writing notes after every appointment or during a telehealth session.
