Therapy Brands is now Ensora Health

Welcome to Ensora Health! 

Today is an exciting day, as we officially transform Therapy Brands into Ensora Health.   

Why did we change our name?  I’m so glad you asked. 

Therapy Brands was created by bringing together some of the leading software companies in the mental, behavioral, and rehabilitative therapy space.  The goal was to combine these companies, assemble all the knowledge and experience from the employees and customers, and then build great software.  All powered by the latest artificial intelligence, with a deep commitment to privacy and security, and a collection of the best practices for both clinical and financial operations. 

Today, there are too many unfortunate gaps between the different aspects of health care.  Mental, physical, and social determinants of health are too often separated, which results in partial treatment of a client’s key health challenges.  

At Ensora Health, we believe in an intelligent, connected world where therapists can leverage a fully integrated, AI-powered platform to deliver a data-driven, unified approach to a client’s health. 

Our name for this vision is Intelligent, Whole Person Care and it’s what we’re committed to bringing to you.  

We will enable therapists to connect with patients and other healthcare providers through smart technology, AI-enhanced collaboration, and advanced analytics.  We will empower therapy practices to offer a cohesive, data-informed, and supportive experience for their clients, while intelligently managing regulatory and compliance needs and maximizing reimbursement. 

While we know that we still have important work ahead, we have made significant progress on building our platform and cross-pollinating best practices across our products, all in service of bringing Intelligent, Whole Person Care to you. 

 That’s why we feel now is the right time to update our name.   

What’s the story behind the name “Ensora Health?”   

Well, we started with you – the mental, behavioral, and rehabilitative therapists and practices who rely on our software and services.  We asked, “What matters most to you?” and the answer was clear – nothing matters more than the clients whom you serve every day.   

From there, we asked, “What’s stopping you from you serving your clients to the best of your ability?”  One theme emerged loud and clear – the administrative complexity of today’s healthcare system is taking precious hours away from you and your clients. 

No one became a therapist because they enjoyed paperwork or dealing with insurance companies. You became a therapist because you wanted to help people – and the system has gotten in your way.  All the administrative noise takes you away from the very thing that matters most – your clients. 

What if we could create a world where every therapist had time in his or her day to see one more patient because we helped reduce that administrative noise?  How big an impact would that be?  Could we deliver the software and services to make that big a difference? 

It was from that question that Ensora Health was born. The “EN” in “Ensora” symbolizes ensemble or working together.  “SORA” is the Japanese word for “sky,” symbolizing new horizons and opportunities for healing. After being a company of “brands” for so many years, we thought it important to signal to the world that we participate in the healthcare market by including “HEALTH” in our name. 

As far as that cute magenta logo to the left of “Ensora,” that represents a group of items working together in harmony: the therapist, the client, and the healthcare community. The shapes echo and rise to symbolize growth, success, and ascension (“soar”). The rounded edges are soft and friendly, which represent the caring and human nature of the work that we do here. 

Put it all together, and it looks something like this: For therapy professionals frustrated by unrelenting administrative complexity, Ensora Health is the leading software and services partner that creates a newfound harmony between you, your clients, and the healthcare community – so that everything just works better together. 

We’re tremendously excited about this reimagining of our company, and we’re proud to support you in your important work.  I invite you to take a look around our new website to see what we can do for you.  Please follow us on social media to stay up to date on all the new products that we’ll be shipping over the coming months and years. 

We’ve also taken this opportunity to update our product names to more accurately describe exactly what they do, and we’ve put them under the Ensora Health brand.  

Finally, we’ve taken a fresh look at our product roadmaps in light of our mission.  We’ve shifted our focus to delivering new innovations that reduce your administrative burden, streamline operations, and improve your financial outcomes.  We’re working to responsibly deploy artificial intelligence to assist with therapy note creation and enhancement, automatically generated treatment plans, and RCM intelligence tools – all while keeping you firmly in charge. 

If we do it all well, then every day, we’ll reduce the administrative complexity that takes you further away from the work that matters most – the health of your clients.  Together, we’ll create a new harmony.
